NBA analyst Colin Cowherd believes Golden State Warriors don’t have a weakness in their squad. The Dubs won the NBA Championship after beating Boston Celtics by 4-2 in the finals. Steph Curry and Co. were at their best throughout the tournament and they were ruthless in the playoffs as well as the finals.
This was Golden State Warriors’ fourth NBA title in the last eight years as they continued their dynasty. They were able to come up with a collective effort and reaped rewards for the same.
Colin Cowherd believes Golden State Warriors are the best-managed team in American sports and it helps them come up with a fine show. GSW has dominated the NBA in the last decade and a lot of credit goes to their think tank and the management.
GSW has developed a culture in which the young players keep rising through the ranks. The franchise had won before Kevin Durant, with him, and without him after 2019.
Cowherd said on a recent segment of the Herd, “The Warriors. I don’t think they have a weakness. From drafting, and developing a culture. Some of it begins and ends with Steph Curry, but the fact they won pre-KD, with KD, post-KD.”
Cowherd revealed he thought GSW won’t be able to win the championship in the previous season but the team surprised him as they came up with a fine show.
“I didn’t think they’d win this year. I thought they were too young in certain spots and too old and expensive in others. I think they’re about as well run as a professional sports team could be.”
Cowherd added GSW will continue to produce great young players in the coming time for the country.
“We really haven’t seen potentially, we haven’t seen Kuminga, Moses Moody, and James Wiseman. They have three young players that are coveted on the market if they were willing to part with them.
“They could get a lot in return so they have another wave of great, great young players about to introduce themselves to this great nation.”
