You saw that he wasn’t gonna allow us to lose – Draymond Green shares his all-time favorite Steph Curry moment

    August 13, 2022

Steph Curry has had a glorious career in the NBA and he has achieved almost all the records in the books. Curry has an impressive resume as he is a four-time NBA champion, two-time MVP, and one-time Finals MVP.

Meanwhile, Curry shares a special bond with Draymond Green, and the duo has played together for a decade. Both of them have savored great success together and have won four NBA titles.

On Draymond Green Show, Green was asked to pick his all-time favorite moment in Steph Curry’ career.

While answering it for Curry, Green said, “My all-time favorite Steph moment was Game 4 of this year’s Finals. Like you saw something different, you saw that he wasn’t gonna allow us to lose, like it was different. So I gotta pick that moment, I feel like that was the biggest moment of Steph’s career. He lived up to the hype, delivered. So i gotta go with that moment for Steph.”

The Dubs were down by 2-1 in the NBA finals against Boston Celtics and Curry decided to step up in the fourth game of the series. The talisman scored 43 points and grabbed 10 rebounds on 53.8% shooting from the field to help his team level the series as they won by 107-97.

Meanwhile, Curry averaged 31.2 points, 6.0 rebounds, 5.0 assists and 2.0 steal while shooting 48.2% overall in the NBA Finals as he was at his best. Thus, he was awarded the Final MVP for the first time in his career.

Curry averaged 25.5 points, 6.3 assists, and 5.2 rebounds per game. He shot 43.7% from the field, including 38.0% from beyond the arc in the regular season.

On the other hand, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green also played key roles in providing support to Curry.
