The Madejski Stadium will come alive on Tuesday night when Fulham FC travel to Southeast England to face home side Reading FC in matchday 10 of the English Championship League.
Fulham will be seeking their second away win of the season when they face The Royals who are currently 20th on the league table.
The Cottagers will be aiming to turn the tables on the home side who have enjoyed a better head to head over them in recent times.
Reading has won two out of the last six fixtures against Fulham. Games between the two teams have been quite tight in recent times with only two goals maximum being scored in each individual match.
Fulham, who are currently placed 10th in the mid-table area, will hope to kick on from their 2-0 win over Wigan Athletic FC and build a run of consistent victories to drive them up the table.
Scott Parker, who is in his first full season as Fulham manager will be hoping his charges can build upon their winning mentality going into their match against Reading. Serbian striker Aleksandar Mitrovic started the league in fine form for the Cottagers scoring five goals in his first six games.
He is currently 3rd on the log of top goal scorers in the league and will be confident of adding more goals for his team when they play at the Madejski on Tuesday night. However, it’s not only the prolific Serbian The Royals will have to worry about.
Fulham captain Tom Cairney has also been in good form. The Scot has so far scored two goals from midfield. Portuguese Forward Ivan Cavaleiro on loan from Premier League side Wolverhampton Wanderers FC is another dangerous customer The Royals will have to keep an eye on if they hope to avoid their sixth loss of the season.
Reading have so far struggled in the league winning only two out of their 9 games this season. Reading Coach José Manuel Gomes has seen his side capitulate one too many times this season. He will be hoping his boys can buck the trend as they seek their second home win of the season.
Fulham goes into the match as favourites based on current form and will be hoping to claim victory over Reading when the game kicks off at 8 PM Tuesday 1st October 2019.
The game between Fulham and Reading is pegged at 1.99 to finish with a total score of over 2.5 goals. A likely final result of under 2.5 goals is available at 1.91.
