‘Let’s go for my third Scudetto’ Ronaldo reacts to Juventus future

Juventus star,  Cristiano Ronaldo, has quickly addressed speculations surrounding his future at the club.

The five-time world footballer of the year who netted 31 goals in the recently concluded Serie season quickly addressed the rumour by taking to his Instagram page to celebrate the title, Juve’s 9th consecutive win is expecting his third.

The comment signifies that the Portuguese won’t be jumping ship at least till next summer. He has been linked with a return to Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, or even Newcastle United that might be taken over by the Saudi conglomerate, which deal is still on hold.

In celebrating the Scudetto party on Saturday, Ronaldo stated on his handle that he was excited to win the title for the second time in his career, adding that it seems natural.

He, however, stated that it wasn’t easy to repeat last season’s success, but it was all down to the players’ talent, dedication, and hard work. With these stated parameters, the Portuguese captain believes goals can be achieved, and he can be better than before.

In another development, Ronaldo’s new teammate, Arthur Melo, might be in fresh trouble with Barcelona.

This was because the Catalan club President Josep Maria Bartomeu said that the club would take against the midfielder for what he described as  ‘unacceptable’ refusal to play.

The Brazilian had joined the Turin giant in a swap deal with Miralem Pjanic and €10m in cash,  before the end of the season, but won’t play for them till the end of the Champions League season. Melo, from the recent deal, will earn triple of his Barcelona salary at Juventus.

This is believed that it was because the Brazilian was furious over being pushed out of Camp Nou. He had some weeks back insisted that he is not leaving the club despite being told that he was not guaranteed regular football.

After being convinced by Juventus and some of the Barcelona echelons to move to Juventus, he agreed to the swap agreement.

Speaking to Spanish newspaper Sport, Bartomeu claimed that the La Liga giant wanted to renew Arthur’s contract, but the economic situation won’t allow them.

It was gathered that after the end of the La Liga season, Arthur has refused to attend training ahead of their Champions League games.

As a result of this, after agreeing that he will play with Barcelona until the end of the season, the President said they would take action against him.

According to Bartomeu, after analyzing the whole situation, there will undoubtedly be sanctions.
