Nevertheless, The Canaries still sits at the bottom of the log with just 18 points from 26 games after losing Saturday by 1 goal to nil.
The game started slowly for the Jurgen Klopp’s side, who are still unbeaten in the EPL as they struggled to break down Daniel Farke ‘s defensive set up in the first half.
Liverpool dominated the first half effortlessly with the team, only failing to score due to the efforts of Tim Krul in goal for the Canaries and the wastefulness of the red’s forwards.
Liverpool 9 shots in the first half with just 1 on target, 5 off target and 3 blocked by the Norwich City defense that had Max Aarons, Christoph Zimmerman, Grant Hanley and Samuel Byram.
The second half started the same way the first ended as the visitors did run rampage on the Canaries defence piling up 8 shots with 5 on target.

The goal was subjected to a Video Assistant Referee (VAR) check for an infringement in the build-up to the goal, but it eventually stood.
The result means that Liverpool now has a 25-point gap above Manchester City who has a game in hand on Sunday. With 12 games left, Liverpool cannot Mathematically fail to qualify for the UEFA Champions League.
