A lot was expected from him following an impressive showing for the US U-20 side at least year’s FIFA U-20 World Cup.
However, when it became apparent that he wouldn’t sign a new deal with Hannover, his place in the first team was compromised. He also deal with injuries and overall competition for playing time, which didn’t help.
